The BBC Strictly Come Dancing series has highlighted just how popular dancing is in the UK, with the highest viewing figures of any TV series. Many of the contestants have commented on just how physically demanding dancing at this level can be, even those contestants from sporting backgrounds have found it hard going. Since the launch of the series it has grown in polpularity adn now commands poll position in the TV show rankings. The series hosted by Tess Dailly and Bruce Forsyth, with the Judging panel of Graig Revel-Horward, Arlene Phillips, Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli.
